Contact From a Friend Support

Email support@nordiceastasiagroup.com. Include the email address connected to your account when relevant, a short description of the issue and any error message you saw. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes or other sensitive credentials.

Basic troubleshooting

1. Confirm that your device has a working internet connection.
2. Close From a Friend completely, then open it again.
3. Install the latest available version of From a Friend.
4. Restart your device if the issue continues.
5. Email support with your device model, operating-system version and the steps that led to the issue.

Account and sign-in help

Use the same sign-in method you originally used: email and password, email magic link, Apple or Google. If a magic link does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm the email address is correct before requesting another link. If an email is already connected to a different sign-in method, return to the sign-in screen and choose that method.

If you still cannot access your account, email support from the account address where possible. We may ask for limited information to verify that the account belongs to you.

Report inappropriate content or behaviour

Use the report option on the relevant review or profile in From a Friend. Select the reason and add only the details needed to explain the issue. If you cannot use the in-app report flow, email support with the subject “From a Friend safety report” and identify the relevant account, restaurant or review.

Do not forward passwords, private sign-in links or unrelated personal information. Reports are reviewed under the service’s moderation and access controls.

Delete your account

In From a Friend, open Settings, choose “Delete account” and follow the confirmation steps. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address connected to your account and request account deletion. We may need to verify your identity first.
